Please tell us a little about how Wang Young Sdn Bhd began?
Wang Young Sdn Bhd (WYSB) was incorporated in 1984, as a poultry farm trader. Later in the 90s, it gradually switched to the automotive business.
In 2006, WYSB was appointed as #MitsubishiFuso authorized dealer in Sunway. After 4 years of operations, we decided to move to Puchong in a location which is more prominent and with bigger land size to cope with our operations and increasing sales volume. Since 2011, we have been constantly awarded with by MBM with our sales performance.
Our vision is to become a leading business entity in the commercial vehicles industry, supported by a culture of customer oriented, teamwork, innovation and integrity team.
Our mission is to provide a modern and innovative business environment that focuses on customer satisfaction through application of excellence service, quality management system, and building long term relationship with our customers.
Our company is built around our core values and its people. Our sales advisors are well-trained, passionate and always strives to provide the best services to our customers.
What are the challenges you face in the business and how you overcome the challenges?
Our biggest challenge is always maximize our customer satisfaction. There are many different industries & form of business and each of them have their own problems and needs. We wish for all of our products and services could fully match to our customer's needs at their lowest cost.
What type of trucks do you sell in your company?
We sell only new and used trucks in the Light and Medium Duty segment. We are the authorised dealer for #Fuso therefore we only sell new #Fuso units, but we can also sell any other brands of used trucks, depending on stock availability. We have all the popular types that businesses need, e.g. wooden cargo, box truck, Tipper, food truck, refrigerated truck, Truck Crane and car carrier. These are the hot selling body applications that our customers can choose from.
What brands of truck do you sell in your company?
We carry only new #MitsubishiFuso but also other used trucks, depending on stock availability.
What other services do you offer beside selling trucks?
Other than selling trucks, we also offer #insurance services, assistance in dealing with the authorities, e.g. #JPJ, #Puspakom, #APAD services, and we also sell used cars.
Are you offering any special promotions for your customers during this #MCO?
Yes, we are. We know that a lot of businesses are suffering from Covid-19, especially our clients, thus we are offering some promotion plan in order to lower the cost to own a truck for their business. A plan that has special interest rate, low down payment, and special discount for our customers. Just come talk to us.
