Please tell us a little about how NGK & Son Auto Sdn Bhd began?

Hi, I'm Jerry Ng. I'm the director of the company and we have been in business for more than 20 years. Our showroom is along Jalan Kangsar, Ipoh. We started as a used car dealer and soon transitioned to the commercial vehicles industry when we saw the business opportunities.

What is the biggest challenges you face in your business and how did you overcome it?

One of the biggest challenges we face in the industry is trying to get loans for our buyers. To overcome this, we work closely with a lot of credit companies, e.g. Chailese Berjaya Credit and some local credit companies.

What type of trucks do you sell in your company?

We are a specialist in the light duty used trucks segment. We currently have more than 30 trucks for sale and of various body types, for example, #WoodenCargo, #BoxTruck, #Tipper, #FoodTruck & #van in our company.

What brands of truck do you sell in your company?

We sell trucks from multiple brands, for example: #Hino, #Isuzu, #MitsubishiFuso, #UDTrucks, #Daihatsu, #Hicom, #Inokom, #Nissan, #Toyota.

Are you currently offering any promotion in your company for your customers?

Yes, we are. We offer a special low processing fees for our customers.

What other services do you offer beside selling trucks?

We also offer assistance in dealing with the authorities, e.g. #JPJ, #Puspakom, #APAD services, and we also sell used cars.
